Lightning Protection Project Engineer

Requirements
- 1+ year of construction experience or strong interest in the construction industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working with documentation, forms, and project tracking
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Procore is a plus)
- OSHA 10 (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities
- Support project teams with day-to-day coordination and documentation
- Complete and submit UL inspection forms and required compliance paperwork
- Track submittals, revisions (R&Rs), and project documentation
- Assist with preparing and organizing spec sheets and project files
- Complete and submit safety documentation including AHAs, JHAs, and fall protection plans
- Attend project launches and support field teams as needed
- Communicate with customers, GCs, and internal teams to keep projects moving
- Help ensure projects stay organized, compliant, and on schedule
