Requirements
- 3+ years of construction project management experience (electrical or lightning protection preferred)
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 780, UL 96A, grounding, and bonding practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
- Experience managing multiple projects and crews at once
- Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30 certification (required)
Nice To Haves
- LPI or UL certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage lightning protection installation projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with GCs, engineers, and trades to keep projects running smoothly
- Own project schedules, budgets, materials, and subcontractor performance
- Be hands-on in the field - ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency every step of the way
- Review drawings, submittals, and as-built documentation with confidence
- Drive project success by identifying risks early and solving problems proactively
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Champion a safety-first culture - you have full authority to stop work if something isn’t right
