Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently an opportunity for a Lift Truck Operator Associate to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Concord, NC. Pay: $20.76/hour Night Shift Responsibilities Your Role: As a Lift Truck Operator Associate, you will be responsible for moving and transferring materials and finished goods in a high-volume production environment. You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen! Focus on safety. Effectively perform all duties as outlined in the Operations Lift Truck Operator standard work. Perform daily inspection of forklifts and other daily assignments. Support SAP functions as related to inventory and load management (IE. Pick list, PGI). Follow all critical safety rules, standards of conduct, plant and company practices, procedures, and policies. Ultimately, you will play a very important role on our manufacturing team and will help to create an efficient manufacturing environment. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills in English.
Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational, math, and problem-solving skills.
Prior forklift experience, stand up and sit-down lifts (minimum 2-3 yrs).

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a manufacturing facility.
Basic PC knowledge, including SAP, Outlook Office, and Microsoft Excel.
