About The Position

CFL USA, LLC is currently seeking candidates to join our rapidly expanding team. We seek to hire a Extrusion Lift Truck Operator. These associates will transport products and raw materials in our new manufacturing facility located in Adairsville, Georgia. If you have a strong commitment to safety, a background in manufacturing processes, and if you possess a passion to continuously improve, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• Must have ability to work in metric units of measure.
• Must be able to demonstrate basic math skills
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to demonstrate.
• Must be able to clearly communicate in verbal and written communication with teammates and supervision.
• Must have at least a GED or high school diploma.
• Must be willing and able to work in an LVT manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work 12 hour, rotating shifts
• Must be able to navigate the manufacturing environment (automated, continuous line)

Nice To Haves

• Prefer at least 2 years of experience in similar role. Prefer previous work driving lift truck in similar environment around highly automated equipment such as luxury vinyl flooring.

Responsibilities

• Perform position duties in the safest, most efficient manner
• Transport goods from one location to the other (trailers to storage, machine to machine, location to location, etc.) – safely and within specification
• Maintain a clean work area
• Ensure lift truck is in good working condition
• Troubleshoot equipment failures within scope of job duties; escalate any concerns to maintenance/engineering/supervision as needed
• Ensure products and materials are delivered promptly within schedule
• Document data into ERP system per SOP requirements
• Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency
