About The Position

Ticket Attendants are responsible for ensuring every ticket or season pass is validated each time the guest rides the lift to enjoy our mountains while delivering exceptional guest service. This involves engaging with and providing a first-class mountain experience for each guest and communicating clearly to ensure proper ticket validation. Actively works toward positive resolution for all issues. This job provides the opportunity to work outdoors in a scenic environment, while greeting our guests.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English and comfortable speaking with guests
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to creating a positive guest experience
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (snow, cold, wind, sun, etc.)
  • Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, and reaching.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Assisting and educating guests through RFID Scanning system
  • Assist guests with Alpine Lite, Day passes, and season to confirm validity.
  • Redirect guests with invalid or missing passes to the nearest ticketing location
  • Monitor and maintain an organized, safe flow in lift lines
  • Provide resort information and answer guest questions with confidence and courtesy
  • Assist with other duties as assigned to support mountain operations
