At The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center in Green Bay, we’re more than just a pool—we’re a place where families connect, children build confidence, and our community comes together. We’re seeking a dedicated, full-time Lifeguard who is ready to create a safe, welcoming, and high-energy aquatic environment while growing professionally within an organization committed to serving others. If you’re alert, dependable, and passionate about water safety—and you’re looking for meaningful work with strong benefits and opportunities for development—we invite you to dive in and join our team. We’re currently hiring for a full-time Lifeguard able to work a variety of daytime and weekend shifts. The Kroc Center pool located in Green Bay is open Monday–Friday from 5:30am–1:00pm and evenings from 4:00 PM–8:30 PM. On Saturdays the pool is open from 6:30 AM–5:30 PM. As a Lifeguard, you’ll help keep our aquatic spaces safe and welcoming during group fitness classes, splash play, swim lessons, underwater hockey, family swim times, and our busiest open swim hours. Across all lifeguard roles, you’ll monitor pool activities, assist guests, and enforce safety regulations while following the State of Wisconsin–approved aquatic staffing plan. You’ll also help with general facility upkeep and oversee lively areas like the splash play zone with tipping bucket, interactive water features, and the always-popular indoor/outdoor water slide, ensuring a fun and safe experience for all. Become a valued part of the Kroc Center team—help us create a safe, fun, and memorable aquatic experience for all!
