Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 7 years of related experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Ovation™, distributed control systems (DCS), or similar platforms; OV400 certification is a plus
  • Professional certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Prior leadership experience as a site manager or project manager, particularly within industrial, automation, or service‑delivery environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary engineering and administrative team to deliver high‑quality field services, system support, upgrades, and project implementation for local customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders by delivering responsive, reliable solutions and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct project cost reviews, identify areas for process improvement, and ensure proposals and work scopes are accurate and aligned with objectives.
  • Support regional business goals including revenue growth, operational efficiency, service quality, and on‑time delivery.
  • Allocate personnel, equipment, and financial resources to strengthen business performance and advance regional strategy.
  • Partner with Aftermarket Sales to define scopes of work, coordinate service activities, and enhance cross‑team collaboration.
  • Mentor and develop team members, creating an inclusive, psychologically safe environment that supports continuous learning and career growth.
