The Lifecycle Marketing Strategist is responsible for leading cross channel marketing communications across the customer lifecycle, ensuring a cohesive and personalized experience. In addition, this role plays an essential part in the delivery of customer insights for digital marketing channels and digital initiatives. This person will work cross-functionally with Customer Analytics, Brand Management, and Personalization to ensure lifecycle initiatives are executed seamlessly across channels to drive growth customer engagement and loyalty.
