The Lifecycle & Retention Specialist will execute and optimize email, SMS, and subscription lifecycle programs that support customer retention and lifetime value growth. This role is highly hands-on. You will build campaigns and flows, manage segmentation, run experiments, and analyze performance. You will work closely with the Lifecycle Manager to implement the retention strategy and ensure lifecycle initiatives drive measurable impact.
