As a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of campaigns that educate customers, deepen relationships, increase retention, and drive expansion across the Justworks customer base. This role will own planned, campaign-driven initiatives designed to connect with customers around specific business moments and opportunities. Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in marketing, with 3+ years focused on email and lifecycle campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools/systems
  • Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills with a focus on engagement and conversion.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns while meeting deadlines.
  • Creative, collaborative, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience through email and lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize multi-channel 1:1 campaigns (email, in-app, SMS) that are tied to business priorities such as new product launches, feature rollouts, benefit adoption, etc. for existing customers.
  • Build and refine audience segmentation strategies, using behavioral and demographic data to deliver highly personalized and relevant messaging.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to align campaign calendars, messaging, and creative execution ensuring cohesive, polished, and high-impact campaigns across all channels.
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate to improve conversion rates and campaign performance.
  • Measure, report, and communicate campaign effectiveness and ROI, leveraging insights to refine lifecycle strategies.
