We are looking for an experienced Performance Lifecycle Marketing Manager who is excited by the prospect of owning the full email lifecycle across Reading.com, Typing.com, and Nitro Type and turning user behavior data into communications that drive activation, engagement, and retention. You're less concerned with patting yourself on the back for the perfect subject line and more concerned with quickly and efficiently delivering value to our users. The ideal candidate has experience designing and deploying lifecycle email programs from scratch, building measurement frameworks to test and iterate on performance, and scaling what works into new channels like push notifications. You'll be the single owner of lifecycle communications across all three products. That means you'll map user journeys, identify high-impact moments, write and design the emails, get them out the door, read the data, and improve them—on repeat. Once email is humming, you'll extend the playbook to push notifications and other channels. This is a hands-on, full-stack lifecycle role, not a strategy-only seat.
