About The Position

We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and optimize Audicus’ lead nurturing and customer engagement campaigns. This role is responsible for building high-performing email and SMS programs that drive conversion, engagement, and lifetime value. You will own lifecycle strategy and execution in Klaviyo, translate customer data into action, and partner cross-functionally to deliver a consistent, value-forward customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience overseeing successful lifecycle email and SMS marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo. Experience with other B2C-focused CRMs is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage lifecycle focused dashboards and reporting to derive actionable insights.
  • A test-and-learn mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Clear copy and email design instincts with an eye for effective lifecycle creative.
  • Experience using Canva, Figma, or other tools to build email designs.
  • Mindset of continuous improvement and learning

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize an end-to-end email/SMS lifecycle strategy to enhance customer relationships, loyalty, and lifetime value across our B2C, Retail, and B2B2C divisions.
  • Design and maintain scalable automation workflows in Klaviyo.
  • Develop behavioral and lifecycle-based customer segmentation.
  • Partner with Salesforce stakeholders to ensure clean data and reliable integrations.
  • Plan and execute promotional and lifecycle campaigns in alignment with divisional growth goals.
  • Continuously evolve our campaigns through customer research, data-driven insights, and ongoing testing.
  • Create and iterate on lifecycle copy and visual assets using Canva as needed.
  • Own lifecycle reporting and performance insights using Google Workspace tools.
  • Build, maintain, and deliver regular reporting and monitoring tools.
  • Test and implement AI-enabled tools and processes to increase personalization and engagement across our lifecycle campaigns.
