The Lifecycle Marketing Automation Specialist designs, builds and optimizes automated campaigns that deepen engagement and drive retention across Funko.com and Loungefly.com. This role combines storytelling, first-party consumer insights, and technical expertise to build long-term engagement and lifelong Funatics. This position optimizes lifecycle journeys – from welcome series to winback flows, with content that dynamically recommends and responds to customer interests and behavior.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing email automations and flows within Klaviyo or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of CRM and lifecycle best practices
  • Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting
  • Proficiency in tools such as GA4, Klaviyo and customer data platforms
  • Curiosity to test new tools, strategies, and CRM Trends

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in ecommerce and licensed products a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy automated campaigns and lifecycle flows that support customer engagement, loyalty program growth, and retention goals
  • Build personalized journeys and implement dynamic personalization based on a customer’s first entry point, behavior, preferences, and purchase history
  • Work within our CDP and alongside internal analysts to build segmentation and contribute to LTV growth strategy
  • Audit existing automation setup and identify improvements and optimization opportunities
  • Establish best practices for campaign flow hierarchy and consumer touchpoints within their journey
  • Work closely with the CRM Content Specialist to understand A/B test learnings to ensure email best practices are met. Contribute to strategy for future A/B content tests
  • Work closely with third party tools and account managers to ensure we are utilizing our programs to their full capabilities
  • Keep up with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for testing and optimization
  • Explore opportunities within current programs to integrate AI for smarter segmentation, predictions, and dynamic personalization
  • Define KPI’s and develop monthly reports against performance. Share and present insights with the CRM team and DTC leadership
