As a Lifecycle Engagement Strategist at Medefy Health on our Experience Team, you’ll turn complex health benefits into clear, actionable communication that drives real behavior change. You’ll build and execute multi-channel engagement plans that increase adoption, improve member decision-making, and deliver measurable ROI for employer groups. Your work will power the entire member’s experience, from push notifications and in-app journeys to email sequences and targeted SMS, ensuring every message moves someone closer to better care at a better price.
