About The Position

Trajector is where purpose meets progress. We specialize in medical evidence services that become the compass our clients rely on while navigating the intricate terrain of disability benefits. Our calling is clear: to make a real difference, infuse passion, and enhance the quality of life for the disabled community. As part of our global community, you'll join a team of over 1,800 dedicated individuals, each contributing their unique talents to streamline the path to benefits. Urgency propels us, data empowers us, and every step is tailored to ensure those with disabilities access their rightful compensation. Join us in shaping stories of transformation, one life at a time. Job Overview As our Lifecycle Email Marketing Manager, you will design and run the communication systems that guide people through some of the most important decisions of their lives. These journeys span onboarding, education, engagement, reactivation, and referral across multiple service lines. Your work will shape how we earn trust, share clarity, and nurture long-term relationships at scale. You will turn fragmented touchpoints into cohesive customer journeys that help people understand what to expect, what is needed, and where they are going. This is a high-volume environment with complex routing, behavioral triggers, and multi-brand paths. You will build programs that support hundreds of thousands of people each month with accuracy, empathy, and measurable performance. This is a remote-first role for someone who can design systems, write with clarity, analyze with rigor, and communicate with heart. Why This Role Matters Lifecycle communication is where trust is earned and clarity is created. The messages you build will help people understand their next step, prepare for conversations with medical professionals, and feel supported as they navigate a system that can often feel overwhelming. Each journey you build improves confidence, reduces friction, and strengthens the overall experience. If you want to craft meaningful communication, build systems that guide millions of interactions, and contribute to a mission grounded in service and respect, we’d be honored to meet you.
