About The Position

In this role, you will shape and operate marketing-led engagement programs that support the full customer journey, from early activation through long-term growth. Sitting at the intersection of lifecycle marketing and account-based motions, you will design coordinated 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs that directly influence pipeline quality and outcomes. You will work in a highly cross-functional environment, partnering closely with sales, operations, product, and data teams. This is a hands-on role with strategic impact, where experimentation, measurement, and iteration are central to success. As an early contributor, you will help define scalable engagement systems that connect insight, automation, and execution. Your work will play a critical role in driving meaningful engagement and measurable business results.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in account-based marketing, lifecycle marketing, or go-to-market programs with demonstrated business impact
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and working knowledge of Salesforce to build scalable, measurable engagement systems
  • Proven ability to re-engage inactive accounts, expand active relationships, and influence submission volume and quality
  • Experience partnering with sales and sales operations teams to operationalize prioritization and tiering into clear marketing execution
  • Solid analytical and measurement skills, with the ability to connect engagement activity to pipeline, growth, and quality metrics
  • Comfort operating in a test-and-learn environment, using experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize outcomes
  • Curiosity and informed perspective on emerging marketing and GTM technologies, with a pragmatic approach to evaluation and adoption
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to bring structure and alignment to complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote setting

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or insurance environments is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the lifecycle and ABM engagement strategy across the full journey, aligning marketing motions to go-to-market priorities by tier, intent, and lifecycle stage
  • Design, launch, and operate coordinated lifecycle programs supporting onboarding, reactivation, expansion, renewal, and education, with sequencing driven by business priorities
  • Publish and maintain the engagement and automation roadmap, ensuring clarity on timing, objectives, and outcomes across stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Sales Operations, Business Development, and Field teams to translate prioritization signals into effective marketing actions, channels, pacing, and governance
  • Establish operating rhythms such as weekly planning, program reviews, and test-and-learn cycles to continuously improve performance
  • Ensure marketing systems capture the lifecycle events and engagement signals required for targeting and automation, collaborating with data and system owners on governance
  • Orchestrate multi-channel engagement across email, enablement, events, gifting, and field support, with clear intent and next steps at each touchpoint
  • Oversee renewal and transactional communications to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent experiences that build trust and retention
  • Measure performance against submission lift and engagement quality, using insights to scale what works and refine or stop what does not
  • Design experiments to validate signals, messaging, and motions, turning insights into repeatable, scalable programs
  • Uphold brand and messaging standards across all lifecycle and ABM communications in collaboration with content partners
