About The Position

This role is a strategic, high-impact opportunity for an experienced B2B marketer with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM). You will own the planning, execution, and optimization of personalized ABM campaigns targeting high-value enterprise accounts. Working closely with Sales, SDRs, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Content teams, you will translate account insights into multi-channel programs that drive engagement, accelerate deals, and generate measurable revenue. The position offers a dynamic, collaborative environment where innovation, data-driven decision-making, and partnership with sales are key. You will have the opportunity to scale ABM strategies, develop repeatable playbooks, and contribute directly to company growth and customer success. Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 2–3+ years focused on ABM or enterprise demand generation
  • Proven experience planning and executing 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns for enterprise or high-value accounts
  • Strong experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns across digital, events, and sales-led motions
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring marketing impact on pipeline and revenue
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Proficiency with ABM-related tools and platforms (CRM, marketing automation, intent data, ABM advertising platforms)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable ABM strategy aligned with revenue goals and go-to-market priorities
  • Define and manage target account segments, including strategic, named, and programmatic accounts, in collaboration with Sales and RevOps
  • Build account plans, buying group strategies, and messaging frameworks for priority accounts
  • Launch multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, events, website personalization, direct mail, and sales plays
  • Partner with Content and Product Marketing to tailor messaging by persona, industry, and account maturity
  • Enable Sales with account insights, intent signals, campaign context, and ABM playbooks
  • Track and report ABM success metrics, including account engagement, pipeline influence, deal velocity, and revenue impact
  • Continuously optimize campaigns and ABM processes based on performance data, sales feedback, and market trends
