As the Senior Manager of ABM at Weights & Biases, by CoreWeave, you will be the primary architect and orchestrator of our global account-centric strategy. This role is a unique blend of high-level strategic guidance and hands-on execution, designed for a leader who can navigate complex cross-functional landscapes. You will act as a vital bridge between Sales and Marketing, focusing on penetrating top-tier accounts and maximizing customer lifetime value. You will own the end-to-end development of our ABM ecosystem—from building data-driven 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs to creating a scalable "ABM-as-a-Service" model. This role supports our hyper-growth pipeline engine across various selling segments and teams. On a daily basis, you will partner closely with cross-functional Marketing and Sales teams to create and customize assets for specific personas, maintain comprehensive account profiles, and align messaging across digital and social channels. Beyond execution, you will be responsible for the "science" of the program—working closely with Marketing Ops to build reporting frameworks in Salesforce and 6sense, analyzing performance through the qualified pipeline stage, and constantly optimizing tactics to ensure every touchpoint drives meaningful executive engagement.
