About The Position

We’re looking for a highly organized Life Manager / Executive Assistant to support a fast-moving entrepreneur based in Miami. This role goes far beyond traditional executive support. You will act as the right hand to the founder, helping manage daily operations, personal logistics, and key administrative tasks so the founder can stay focused on high-impact work. If you love organization, solving problems, and operating in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment, this could be a great fit.

Requirements

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong critical thinker with common sense
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Confident communicator who isn’t afraid to speak up
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented
  • Outgoing personality with high emotional intelligence
  • 3–5+ years in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Life Manager role
  • Strong calendar and travel coordination experience
  • Comfortable supporting both personal and professional responsibilities
  • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, spreadsheets, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the founder’s calendar and daily schedule
  • Coordinate meetings, reservations, and appointments
  • Organize domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, itineraries)
  • Manage inbox organization and key communications
  • Conduct research on mentors, advisors, and opportunities
  • Coordinate personal logistics (appointments, errands, shopping, etc.)
  • Assist with spreadsheets and organizational systems
  • Help manage important reminders such as birthdays, health appointments, and commitments
  • Support occasional household logistics and vendor coordination
