Are you passionate about enriching the lives of seniors? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Life Enrichment Coordinator to bring creativity and joy to our residents' daily experiences! Mirabella is home to more than 370 residents who have access to a wide array of amazing amenities and care services. As part of the continuum of care, Mirabella has a 21 bed Skilled Unit and a 20 bed memory care unit located on the second floor – both serve both existing residents and the Tempe community at large. Our residents have access to highly personalized care with 21 Private Suites/Bathrooms and a newly constructed environment (Completed in August 2020)! To learn more about us - click here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sr-Pf7KbfNI Work Schedule: Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm What You’ll Be Doing: As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will implement therapeutic activity and life enrichment programs for our residents. Your role includes supporting volunteers and leading holistic activity programs that align with our person-centered care philosophy, ensuring a high level of care and engagement. About You: Experience in a senior living facility, recreation therapy, or a related field is preferred. Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification is preferred. Knowledge in gerontology, dementia, physiology and anatomy, or recreation therapy is beneficial. Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, team-building, and leadership skills. Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records systems. Requirements

Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, team-building, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records systems.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a senior living facility, recreation therapy, or a related field is preferred.
