Hearthwood Senior Living is recruiting for Life Enrichment Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible planning, scheduling, and coordinating meaningful activities appropriate to the needs and interests of residents and conducive to their physical, mental and social well-being.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Proficiency in software such as Publisher, Excel and Word
Experience with various Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. to aid in enhancing the digital presence of the Community.
Six (6) months experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment preferred

Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with planning, scheduling, and coordinating all resident activities including special events following the Life Enrichment programs.
Promote a healthy community culture for all residents and employees.
Lead resident activities per our Community standards.
Ability to work both evenings and weekends.
Transport residents to activities, shopping, etc. when needed.
Create the Monthly Newsletter that goes out to all residents.
Assist with preparing and distributing weekly activity schedules according to the Community standards.
Plan and execute diverse and engaging programs to meet the needs of a diverse resident population including newly retired seniors seeking a carefree lifestyle, seniors in need of physical assistance, and seniors in varying stages of memory loss.
