Requirements

• High school diploma and one year of experience in mechanic lien law, and process.
• Must be a notary or can become a notary.
• Must possess good communication skills and knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, AS400, ServiceNow, and Agility.

Responsibilities

• Research Lien waiver requests
• Mechanic lien requests
• Requests on customer portals
• Bank voucher requests
• Mechanic lien releases
• Notice of intent to lien
• Process Mechanic lien paperwork on state-specific websites
• ServiceNow requests
• Audit Payments received
• Cash application
• Billing As Needed
• Answer the phone for the department
• Scan or upload documents into the file system
• Attend review meetings
• Attend training seminars and conferences
• Establishes effective working relationships with field management, NSC support personnel, and other CFS team members.
• Establishes relationships with Customers, Lien Service Vendors, and Credit and Collection personnel outside of the organization
• Special projects ad-hoc, research analyst
• Other similar duties as assigned
