About The Position

LICSW Case Managers at Portal To Hope ("PTH") provide emergency response and direct care support to people whose lives have been impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking crimes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: (i) crisis intervention; (ii) case management, documentation and reporting; (iii) evaluation of mental health, determine diagnosis and develop treatment plans to assist clients in achieving their well-being, safety and specific needs goals; (iv) outreach and community and school-based presentations; (v) collaboration with program partners and community leaders; and (vi) other duties.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Current Massachusetts LICSW licensure.
• Experience in case management, crisis intervention and safety planning with an ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Outstanding workplace professionalism with excellent interpersonal skills, organizational and writing skills, and time management.
• Basic computer and Internet skills with proficiency in Excel required.
• Valid driver's license, as limited travel may be required at times.
• Certification in domestic violence and/or sexual training preferred and will be required to be completed upon hiring.

• Bilingual or multilingual language proficiencies preferred.
