The Licensing Supervisor (Insurance Technician 4) plays a key leadership role within the Producer Licensing and Oversight (PLO) program, part of OIC's Consumer Protection Division. This position directly supports our mission by ensuring that insurance producers, brokers, adjusters, and other licensees meet the high standards of professionalism and integrity that protect consumers and promote a fair marketplace. As a Licensing Supervisor, you'll lead a dedicated team of licensing specialists-coaching, mentoring, and guiding their work to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. You'll help shape licensing processes, improve operational systems, and serve as a trusted point of contact for industry professionals and the public. Your leadership will help uphold the integrity of Washington's insurance industry and ensure consumers receive the protection they deserve. The monthly salary range for this position is $4,119 - $5,531.
