About The Position

Licensing Intern PRIMARY DUTIES: Assist with configuring products and enter into new product system Assist in processing orders for samples, computer graphic requests, and relay information to production control. Help process orders for key accounts such as direct accounts in licensing and as assigned. Obtain and maintain all approvals of licensed products on a timely basis. Catalog and maintain accurate records of photographs, historical information, and promotional materials for all licensed programs. Coordinate materials and products for promotional projects, trade shows, presentations, and special events. Coordinate materials and products and assist with preparation for trade shows, presentations, and special events. Occasional writing and proofreading for, websites, catalogs, sell sheets and other projects as assigned. Conduct appropriate financial transactions as required and assist in preparing for audits. Assist in approvals of the online store and social media networks. Assist with data management and file maintenance such as video and photo files and licensed product approvals. Work with Creative Services and Design Center to develop artwork for licensed products and distribute samples to appropriate personnel. Assist and attend virtual and customer visits as assigned for both international and domestic accounts. Perform related duties or special assignments as directed EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a current student or recent graduate of a college-level program in Marketing, Business, or a related field Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required. Knowledge of AX operating system a plus. This is an office hourly, full on-site position located in Bradford, PA Smoking is permitted in most areas of Zippo workplace facilities, other than certain designated non-smoking areas .

Requirements
