Our Licensing team is looking for someone with the drive, experience and unstoppable enthusiasm to help us leverage the power and potential of our licensed brands. Specific Responsibilities Would Include The Licensing Coordinator position is a highly collaborative role which interfaces with many facets of our accessories business such as design, sales & production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Superior organizational skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Collaborative and proactive team player with strong follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building development milestones (calendars, line plans, etc.) to ensure on-time product execution across all assigned categories
  • Partner with internal teams to track timelines, approvals, and deliverables from concept through production
  • Help to regularly update licensor with product and development information, including tracking all product approvals through PLM and other portals
  • Support sample management, including coordination for e-commerce photography and internal reviews
  • Assist with showroom organization and updating licensor’s visual merchandising teams
  • Assist brand manager on providing clear communication to licensors regarding product development status, risks and next steps for all submissions, approvals, shipment and sample timelines
  • Work closely with internal teams including design, sales, production, to ensure alignment and on-time deliverables
  • Monitor market and competitive trends to support brand and category strategy
  • Prepare ad hoc competitive and brand analyses to inform product and assortment decisions
