The Licensing & Compliance Administrator is the operational backbone of Aruza’s regulatory compliance program. This role owns the end-to-end process of ensuring that every technician, door-to-door sales representative, branch location, and company vehicle is fully authorized to operate in each state where Aruza conducts business. Working from Aruza’s Branch Support Center in Charlotte, this individual partners closely with Operations, HR, and branch management to maintain audit-ready records, facilitate onboarding, and proactively monitor licensing deadlines before they become compliance risks. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented, process-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to build a meaningful compliance career within a growing organization.
