About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Licensing Analyst to conduct research on licensing regulations, communicate with vendors to ensure licenses are current, and track the licensing status to determine if business operations can continue seamlessly.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with licensing and invoice analysis.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to use VLOOKUP in Excel.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Research and stay updated on licensing regulations.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure all licenses are up-to-date.
- Track and report on the status of licenses to support business continuity.
- Assist with licensing renewals in collaboration with the team.
