About The Position

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans. Licensed Vocational Nurse Per-diem DAY & NOC (must be available for both shifts) DAY shift: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM NOC shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of OT) Salary range: $28.00-$31.50 per hour, based on experience NOC shift = $2.00 per hour shift differential Blended salary range: $32.66-$36.75 per hour La Habra, CA NeuroRestorative facility located on Avocado Crest Rd. Requirements

Current state LPN/LVN License
Current CPR certification
Excellent assessment skills with the ability to exercise critical thinking in the clinical environment
Effective communication skills – ability to communicate with team members, medical professionals, those we serve, and their families
A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments, implement health care plans, and respond to changes of condition
Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information
Monitor and ensure physicians orders are documented and carried out as prescribed
