Requirements
- Active LVN license in good standing
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in post-acute or long-term care is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with a supportive and team-oriented staff
- Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
