Position Summary: We are seeking licensed and provisionally licensed therapists to join our team. Ideal candidates will manage a balanced caseload with full clinical support and mentorship. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
  • Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey
  • Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
  • Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records (exp with Valant a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care

  • Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions
  • Participate in clinical staff meetings and training
  • Maintain documentation per company policies
