About The Position
Contract speech therapist to work with individuals with ID/DD. Work is based on client referrals (PRN). This position has a flexible work schedule and hours. Great add-on to your current work schedule. The pay is $69.78 per hour.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Speech therapist
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and compassionate
- Pass a background check
- Valid SLP license in Texas
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with individuals with ID/DD is preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform Assessments
- Knowledge of speech-language pathology theory and practice
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing
- Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based therapy and proven interventions
- Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse population
