Requirements

  • Active real estate license (or actively in the licensing process, if you choose)
  • Coachable mindset: willing to follow a plan, take feedback, and execute fast
  • Strong communication + follow-up habits (comfortable on the phone)
  • High personal integrity and professionalism with clients and teammates
  • Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple active clients
  • Comfortable using a CRM and basic real estate tech
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends as needed)

Nice To Haves

  • 6–24 months of active sales experience (or clear proof of hustle + consistency)
  • Script familiarity (buyer consult, listing consult, objections)
  • Local market knowledge (Hampton Roads) and strong relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to hit activity targets (calls, conversations, appointments)

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to new leads and follow up consistently (calls/text/email + CRM tasks)
  • Set and run buyer consultations and/or listing appointments
  • Show homes, write offers, negotiate terms, and manage client expectations
  • Provide a “beyond the sale” client experience from first call through closing
  • Work closely with leadership + transaction coordination to keep files moving
  • Attend team trainings/coaching, participate in role-play, and implement feedback
  • Track activity and results weekly (appointments set/held, offers written, contracts, closings)
  • Collaborate with the team—share wins, solve problems, and protect culture
