Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Active New York State LPN license
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing home setting
• Proficiency in patient care documentation and medication administration
• Compassionate caregiver with strong clinical judgment and teamwork abilities
• Must be immune to Hep B

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents during night shifts
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs
• Collaborate with healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
