Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Active New York State LPN license
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing home setting
- Proficiency in patient care documentation and medication administration
- Compassionate caregiver with strong clinical judgment and teamwork abilities
- Must be immune to Hep B
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
Benefits
- Earn a strong hourly rate of $47/hr.
- 1 Week of Paid Vacation based on accruals after 3 months of employment
