Requirements
- Education: BSN or ASN from an accredited nursing program.
- Licensure: Active Nebraska nursing license in good standing, valid driver's license required.
- Experience: At least 1-2 year of general nursing experience.
- Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid (FA) certification.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers and technology is required for daily documentation and task management.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs.
- Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, time management, and the ability to teach individuals from diverse cultures and learning styles.

- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Holistic Care: Review healthcare services and medications for a dedicated group of individuals.
- Be a Clinical Mentor: Provide guidance and training to direct support staff on healthcare needs and safety.
- Advocate: Collaborate with physicians and families to ensure the highest quality of life for those we serve.
- Build Relationships: Truly get to know the people you support, celebrating their milestones and supporting them through challenges.
