LPN Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of RNs and facility leadership Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols Monitor resident health, observe changes, and report to appropriate staff Document care accurately in accordance with facility guidelines Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident care Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff Participate in care planning, shift reports, and staff meetings Maintain compliance with all facility policies and state regulations Uphold a professional and compassionate approach to resident care Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina Minimum of 6 months experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing setting Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently and follow care plans Must be able to lift 50 lbs and assist residents with mobility Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus CPR certification preferred Join our growing network of healthcare professionals and start working shifts on your terms in Asheville, NC. Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing setting
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and assist residents with mobility

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
• CPR certification preferred
