Requirements

  • Current LPN license in Kentucky
  • Strong clinical and assessment skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Compassionate and resident-focused approach

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes promptly
  • Assist with daily care routines and respond to resident needs
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
  • Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
