• Supervise SRNAs (State Registered Nursing Aides) on your assigned unit
• Conduct regular resident rounds
• Maintain effective communication with nurses, aides, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure timely and friendly follow-up and follow-through on resident needs
• Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork, and fun
• Be a strong advocate for resident-centered care and customer service
