Requirements
- Active LPN license in PA
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- At least 6 months of recent experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document residents’ health status and report changes promptly.
- Supervise and assist CNAs to ensure quality care.
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Support the nursing team in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
