Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Assisting Hands Home Care, a national leader for In-Home Care services is looking for an outstanding Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. Are you tired of the long hospital or facility shifts? In this role, the LPN will train all field staff prior to working with their client. The LPN will provide ongoing training, annual in-services and will be proactive in ensuring all staff are properly trained on equipment and safety procedures. He/she is also responsible for client assessments, developing care plans and conducting supervisory visits. This position will include being part of an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Current LPN License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Current TB or Chest X-ray
- Current CPR Certification
- Compassionate
- Enjoy caring for others
- Team Player
- Ability to conduct orientations and train staff
- Understanding of On-Call responsibilities
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred
