We currently have a Per-Diem openings for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Greater Boston area. Document and Reflect: At the end of your day, you submit your notes from home -ensuring every visit is recorded accurately, not just for compliance but for the next nurse who continues their care. Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Massachusetts.
• One year of nursing experience (home health or psych preferred).
• A drive to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Reliable transportation for patient visits.
