We currently have a Per-Diem openings for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Greater Boston area. Teach and Support: Whether it's a psychiatric patient needing medication guidance or a post-op patient learning about wound care , you play a vital role in helping them stay independent at home Communicate and Coordinate: If something changes, you're the one who keeps providers, families, and care teams informed , ensuring patients get the right care at the right time. Document and Reflect: At the end of your day, you submit your notes from home -ensuring every visit is recorded accurately, not just for compliance but for the next nurse who continues their care.
