About The Position

LPNs support healthcare providers in delivering individualized patient care within outpatient clinics, participating in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care according to established standards. Their primary responsibility lies in handling diverse situations and rendering nursing care in alignment with recognized techniques and procedures, all under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Provider. The intent of this program is to provide growth opportunities at Alomere Health for employees to take their career to the next level as a LPN at Alomere Health. Alomere Health will pay 100% of all expenses directly associated with tuition/books/scrubs/etc. This will result in a college diploma. Employees will remain employed throughout their schooling. Department leadership will work with the employee to balance the work schedule with the school schedule. The employee’s current benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.) will remain in place even though employee’s may be working less than their hired status (FTE). Benefit time off will continue to accrue based on hours paid. If the employee completes the LPN program, but does not pass the Licensed Practical Nurse Certification, maintain passing grades (C or above), meet minimum program requirements or remain employed at least 0.5 FTE for three (3) years post-graduation, the employee will be responsible to pay back 100% of the employer paid program costs to Alomere Health. If selected, you would be hired into a part-time or casual role while attending school in this program. The position will depend on the availability of open positions.
