You: Must care deeply and passionately for the well-being of our older adult Members. Administer medications, monitor vitals, document nursing services, and provide watchful oversite of the Members while at the center. Assist with Activities of Daily Living Complete monthly, weekly required nursing documentation for CCSP / SOURCE, Veterans Administration programs, and compliance requirements Member Assessments in the center and home Care plan development. Requirements
- Current Licensed Practice Nurse License valid in Georgia
- Georgia DL, Clean Record, & your own reliable vehicle
- Good computer skills
- Enthusiasm; love of seniors
- Current Georgia Registered Nurse License
- Drug Free Workplace; EOE
Nice To Haves
- Experience with senior private in-home care a plus
