Does this sound like YOU? - Click APPLY NOW! - This Would Be Your Schedule… Full-Time Monday – Friday / 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Part-Time Monday – Friday / up to 20 hours between 9 am – 3 pm - Your Responsibilities: You join a nursing team providing nursing services and health oversight to the Members of Skylark Adult Day Center. You: Must care deeply and passionately for the well-being of our older adult Members. Administer medications, monitor vitals, document nursing services, and provide watchful oversite of the Members while at the center. Assist with Activities of Daily Living Complete monthly, weekly required nursing documentation for CCSP / SOURCE, Veterans Administration programs, and compliance requirements Member Assessments in the center and home Care plan development.
