Why We’ll Love You: You are a graduate of an accredited PTA program. You hold a current Ohio license (or are license-eligible) as a Physical Therapist Assistant. You bring at least one year of experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or long-term care (preferred). You are skilled at motivating residents and supporting them in achieving their therapy goals. You have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for person-centered care. You are familiar with therapy best practices, resident safety, and electronic health record documentation.
