About The Position

Golden Plains Community Hospital is currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist or Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. The PT is responsible for supporting the mission of the facility by providing accessible, cost-effective, quality rehabilitative therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and elderly patients in an inpatient and outpatient. He/she will promote teamwork with personnel, physicians, and other departments. Sign-on bonus of $10,000 Relocation package up to $20,000 Student loan forgiveness up to $1500 paid directly to the vendor Housing allowance of $1500 for up to one year Golden Plains Community Hospital is located in the Texas Panhandle with access (a 5-hour or less travel time) to Snow Skiing, Palo Duro Canyon, Air Balloon Festivals, Amusement Parks, Casinos, and many, many other attractions. Position Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorine f Science Degree in Physical Therapy or LPTA. Licensed by the State of Texas. Must be able to provide direct and supervised patient care. Demonstrates the ability to perform the technical skills and critical thinking outlined in the performance standards Must be able to pass the required exams successfully. Knowledge of the principles of physical therapy across the life span, to assess age-specific needs of children, adolescents, adults, and elderly patients, and to provide them with appropriate care. Must be familiar with the standards of care regarding inpatients and outpatients. Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorine f Science Degree in Physical Therapy or LPTA
