About The Position
The physical therapist assistant functions under the supervision of a physical therapist to provide patient care and support activities, as outlined in the patient plan of care and according to the Federal and State guidelines. Our LPTA's provide 1-on-1 therapy as well as closely work with clinical specialists to provide quality care to our patients.
Requirements
- Current State of Florida Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
- Associate of Science (AS) degree
Nice To Haves
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and support activities, as outlined in the patient plan of care and according to the Federal and State guidelines
- Provide 1-on-1 therapy
- Closely work with clinical specialists to provide quality care to our patients
