About The Position
The physical therapist assistant functions under the supervision of a physical therapist to provide patient care and support activities, as outlined in the patient plan of care and according to Federal and State guidelines. Our LPTA's provide 1-on-1 therapy and closely work with clinical specialists to provide quality care to our patients.
Requirements
- Current State of Florida Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
- AS: Associate of Science
- PTA: Physical Therapy Assistant
Nice To Haves
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
- BLS: Basic Life Support
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and support activities, as outlined in the patient plan of care and according to Federal and State guidelines
- Provide 1-on-1 therapy
- Closely work with clinical specialists to provide quality care to patients
