HTS is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team serving two welcoming retirement communities in Grand Rapids, Michigan. These beautiful communities provide a full continuum of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The PT will conduct evaluations, progress notes, recerts and discharges and provide treatments on patients at both facilities. · One community, located near Cascade and Ada, also offers respite care. · The other, nestled in the vibrant Eastown neighborhood, features skilled nursing and proudly holds a 5-Star Rating from CMS. This is a full-time position at 30 – 40 hours per week. Includes compensated mileage and drive time for travel between the two facilities. Requirements

  • Applicants must have an active Michigan Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Michigan license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
  • Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
